The TBMA staff consists of trained and educated professionals in the water/wastewater field.

Manager -Roger Hadsall, obtained his BS degree in Environmental Science from Wilkes University.   PA Licensed Water Operator– Class A, E– Sub Class 7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14. PA Licensed Wastewater Operator– Class– A, E– Sub Class 1,2,3,4. Roger has 25 years of experience in the field.

Assistant to the Manager -Betsy Brown, obtained her BA in Environmental Science from Wilkes University and an Associates Degree from Keystone College. PA Licensed Water Operator– Class A, E– Sub Class 7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14. PA Licensed Wastewater Operator– Class-  A, E– Sub Class 1,2,3,4, Betsy has 26 years of experience in the field.

Office Manager- Luanne Snover, obtained her BS in Business Administration from Wilkes University and an Associates Degree from Keystone College. Luanne has 21 years of experience in the field.

System Tech II – John Algar – Started work with the Authority in January 2022. He obtained his DEP Water license February 2024, and will pursue training to obtain his DEP wastewater license.

System Tech I – Kevin Bohnenberger – Started work with the Authority in May 2022. He is being trained to develop skills for both the water and wastewater systems.

System Tech I – Mykael Harvey – Started work with the Authority in September 2022. He is being trained to develop skills for both the water and wastewater systems.
